Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email us at customerservice@redefinesnacks.com with the following details:
✅ Your name
✅ Your order number
Date of purchase
Clear photos of the item, including the flaw and batch number (if applicable)

Please allow up to 48 hours for our team to review your request. If your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label to send back the faulty product for testing. You’ll have the option of receiving a full refund or an exchange for the item in question.

Returns & Exchanges on Undamaged Items

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Returns or exchanges for undamaged products will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase. To request a return, please contact us at customerservice@redefinesnacks.com with your order details.
